Edamame and ceviche

New TV in da haus! Looking sleek below the moose head. Just need to hide the cables, that is my project for today. When Dixie came home from daycare we watched Dixie movies.

After the movie session it was time for an apero and dinner for Dixie. Dixie munched more on our green pepper pate and truffle brie than her confetti colored gnocchi. She is a little gourmand.

Edamame. Nom. So happy I've finally found edamame here in Switzerland, well you can find them at the restaurants but I like to eat them outside the restaurants as well. The Fresh Fish market in Dietlikon has them. Dixie is trying to say edamame.

When our little monkey was sound asleep, Anders and I enjoyed our dinner. Ceviche. So good. It took us back to our last day in Miami when we went to the Cuban restaurant in Miami for their famous ceviche. A dry prosecco, ceviche, lobster tail sauteed in garlic butter, fresh green asparagus and a swirly curly radish salad. For dessert, fresh strawberries with mascarpone. What a lovely and delicious dinner in.

Jag skulle bli mer förvånad om hon INTE var en gourmand med tanke på vad ni smarrar på alltsomoftast. Lyckliga barn (och vuxna också, förstås) :)
