Two days of pure sunshine. Wonderful. I think this is the kind of vacation Dixie will enjoy going on from now on. She loves the water and she loves the beach. Papi and Dixie's first dip of the day in the ocean.

Afternoon at the beach. After a warm day, a well chilled prosecco on the beach is the perfect ending to a great day. Dixie played with the ice from the ice bucket.

After a lovely beach day we were hungry for some real good ribs and the best place in Miami is Shorty's. We had heard so much about Shorty's and usually there is a line outside, but we were lucky and came in between lunch and dinner. To add, yes, they do serve the best baby back ribs ever. Best ribs I have ever tasted.
Dixie got to try baby back ribs as well.
Ask little Miss D. At first a bit unsure but after Papi served good baby bites, she went for a full little rib. Mmmm! Another great day on vacation.
