Two Thanksgiving dinners in one week, we're so lucky. Saturday night Evangeline and Martin invited the gang over for an amazing and scrumptious thanksgiving dinner with a whole turkey and all the trimmings. The table decorations were so nice, it must have been Martin who added the finishing touches to the table.
Pumpkin soup a la Martin. Yummy! And check out the huge turkey. I think this was probably the juicest turkey I have ever had. Not sure if I can give away the secret trick, I would have to ask the chef himself first
Sam got her hands dirty on a turkey leg. Juicy and flavourful. The Swiss turkeys are excellente!
In between courses we were given a quiz which is now a tradition to all our gatherings... I have to start thinking about the next quiz for our next party. Evangeline had baked a scrumptious apple pie and pumpkin pie served with vanilla ice cream. Delics declis delics. And the best thing is that I will most likely have a little tupperware with turkey from Evangeline tomorrow... right E?! Thanks for a fab dinner and a fun night!
